The Washington Commanders are expected to be sold at some point soon.
Owner Dan Synder has been under investigation for a while, and most of the other NFL owners want him out.
The NFL is one of the most-watched leagues in the world.
There are plenty of teams that are worth billions of dollars, and the Commanders are near the top.
According to Forbes, the Commanders are worth $5.6 billion, the sixth most in the NFL.
If a sale was to go through many speculate it would be a deal of around $7 billion.
Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel was once a coach in Washington.
He was shocked to hear how much his former team might be sold for.
McDaniel joked about how he could not get coffee for free when he was in Washington.
#Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel when he heard how much the Commanders could sell for: “Wow, the organization is worth that much?? And I couldn’t get free coffee?”
McDaniel worked in Washington from 2011-2013.

Over the past decade or so, many people have become aware of how poorly run the Commanders are.
They have one of the worst stadiums in the NFL, and their facilities are poor as well.
This organization needs a total overhaul, which is why they are expected to be sold.
With how cheap this organization has been, it should not be a surprise they make their coaches pay for coffee.
It will be interesting to see what the final price is for the Commanders once they are sold.
But, there is no question they need some new leadership.
