In today’s social media age, it can be tough for people in the public eye to have any privacy.
While tabloids and paparazzi have been around for many years, the emergence of the smartphone has seemingly turned everyone into a self-described reporter.
This has caused many false rumors and reports to circulate, including a recent one about C.J. Stroud, the Houston Texans quarterback.
Stroud was recently seen with model Amber Rose, after a celebrity softball game.

Fans started to make a big deal about this incident, speculating why this could be the case.
However, as Rose shared via Benjamin Allbright, she and Stroud had reportedly met that night, and when her ride left, Stroud graciously gave her a ride.
“We literally don’t know each other and only met yesterday at a softball game. The sprinter left me and he was nice enough to give me a ride to my hotel. Thx again,” she wrote.

It might have seemed like they were dating at the time, but at least according to Rose, that is not the case.
Stroud’s 2023 performance was one of the most impressive rookie seasons in recent memory, a big reason he won Offensive Rookie of the Year.
Now that he is an established quarterback in the league, he has that much more media attention, and that much more prevalence in the public eye.
This might not be the last time in his career that a report is made about him, especially if he keeps performing well.
Fans seem to have a closer eye on the best players in the league, and if he partakes in any activities that they deem as suspicious, they will likely be recorded or documented in some capacity.
