The Chicago Bulls gave the fans some new hope when Arturas Karnisovas took over.

The executive had a reputation for having a great eye for talent and being very aggressive in trades.

However, thus far, things haven’t worked out in the Windy City, and while some of that has had to do with Lonzo Ball getting hurt, they’ve had two years to address the roster and improve it.

The Bulls have rarely been active in trade talks.

Fortunately for the fans, it seems like that approach might change once and for all.

According to a report by Bulls insider K.C. Johnson, they’ve been one of the most active teams in trade talks thus far, and they might look to revamp their roster once and for all (via Evan Sidery).

The Bulls are very active in trade talks right now around the league wanting to shake up their roster, per @KCJHoop (https://t.co/2Mq9nIZped).

Chicago has been in discussions around potentially trading up from No. 11 overall as well.

On top of that, they’re reportedly looking to trade up from the No. 11 pick as well.

The Bulls have been a historically cheap franchise.

Despite having one of the strongest fan bases in all of sports, the front office has never wanted to go over the luxury cap, thus hampering it’s natural ability to be a prime destination for top-notch free agents.

Also, they’re just not good enough to compete at the highest level right now, and holding onto their stars last season was a big mistake.

Even so, it’s better late than ever.

The fans have been through so much since their glory days in the late 90s, and it’s about time they finally take steps in the right direction again.
