Even though they are still one of the most famous and beloved franchises in the NBA, the Chicago Bulls haven’t had a great season in years.
Many insiders say they are poorly managed and lack a proper plan and budget.
On ESPN 1000, Marc “Silvy” Silverman noted that the Bulls are ranked the worst coaching destination in the entire league.
The team has won only five playoff series over the last 25 years and has paled in comparison to the group it was when Michael Jordan was running the NBA.
Because of that, job security for a head coach in Chicago isn’t guaranteed and it would be wise to avoid working there.

Billy Donovan has been in charge of leading the team for the last few years and has tried his hardest to get them back on track.
The team has gone 156-162 during Donovan’s four-year tenure, always on the cusp of turning a corner and becoming a playoff contender.
But a series of devastating injuries have decimated the roster.
Additionally, the front office has seemed very resistant to making any big changes.
Silverman spoke about that resistance, saying that there is no reason to switch things up because the Bulls are still supremely popular.
They might not be reaching the postseason, but they continually sell out their arena night after night.
They haven’t altered their approach for years but there is reason to believe they will this summer.
There have already been numerous rumors of the team dealing away Zach LaVine and a few other players.
Perhaps the front office is ready to commit to changes that could make them exciting and competitive once again.
