There is no doubt that the Golden State Warriors are having one of their worst seasons in recent memory, but they have been looking quite a bit better lately.

The team is now 25-25 after a strong run following the return of Draymond Green.

On Monday’s episode of “Run It Back,” Shams Charania noted that the team has gone 7-4 since Green’s return and has won six of the last seven games.

“Since Draymond Green’s been back, you’ve seen him rejuvenated,” Charania said.

Since coming back from his latest suspension, Green has been putting up 8.4 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 6.6 assists and has been posting 52.1% from the floor.

He has added a lot of stability to the team’s offensive plans and has been a crucial part of some big wins recently.

Additionally, he really has looked very pleased to be back with his team, playing with a level of energy that is needed.

On Saturday night, Green scored 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 9 assists against the Phoenix Suns.

The Warriors have also defeated the Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers, and Indiana Pacers over the last few games.

Green isn’t the only one who has been playing well lately, as Jonathan Kuminga continues to surge and Stephen Curry is as impressive as always.

But Green has clearly added something special to the team beyond just numbers.

He has always been a huge presence in the locker room and a major part of the team’s culture and that is definitely true this season.

Just because the Warriors have won several games in a row doesn’t mean that the rest of the season will be easy.

They next have to face the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Clippers on Monday and Wednesday.

Those games will be a test to see if the Warriors can continue to build upon this recent run.

Green will need to continue helping the Warriors, both on the court and in the locker room.
