The New York Knicks made the rounds earlier this week.
Trading for Mikal Bridges was a huge move, not only for the massive value they had to give up to get him but also because of the potential championship implications it may have.
More than that, the fact that they managed to lock up OG Anunoby for the future only made them more optimistic about the upcoming campaign.
To round things up, they took French prospect Pacome Dadiet in the first round, and it seems like he’s ecstatic to be there.
As shown by the Knicks on Instagram, Diadet talked about how excited he was to be in his new home (via The Strickland).

Diadet was one of the most polarizing prospects in this unimpressive draft class.
While he’s shown plenty of promise as a scorer, his game has been quite one-dimensional thus far, and it’s not like he was playing in a top-tier league, even if he was playing against professionals.
Then again, it’s not like he’s expected to have a big role out of the gate, as Tom Thibodeau is infamous for not playing his rookies at all, so he could be looking at a long campaign on the sidelines to work on his craft and add a little more to his game.
Whatever the case, it’s an exciting time to be a New York Knicks fan, and some believe they might not be done making moves yet and could have another blockbuster deal in their sights.
