When Netflix released “Quarterback,” it became an immediate sensation.

This documentary dove into the lives of Patrick Mahomes, Marcus Mariota, and Kirk Cousins, peeling back the curtains of an NFL player’s daily routine.

It was immediately renewed for a second season, causing speculation about who was up next.

One Los Angeles Rams reporter, Jake Ellenbogen, has indicated that Matthew Stafford is in line to appear in season two.

This is a developing story, but many close to the Rams, including Ellenbogen, believe this report is accurate.

Stafford lit the world on fire in his first year with the Rams, winning the Super Bowl in 2021.

However, due to injuries to him and many other Rams players, their 2022 campaign did not yield the same results.

If Stafford is truly featured in this documentary, it will likely highlight his return to play with the hope of turning the Rams’ season around.

The first season of “Quarterback” featured three different players, but to this point, Stafford is the only potential athlete fans are aware of.

Given the secrecy around this documentary during the 2022 season, fans might have to wait a while to learn who the other two are.

Stafford has found himself in the news lately for more than just this show.

He was reported to not have a great rapport with young Rams receivers, as dictated by his wife, Kelly.

If he is featured in “Quarterback,” fans will get an insider’s look into these relationships, which will likely reveal Stafford’s relationship with his teammates.
