The NFL offseason has been full of unforeseen moves.
Many star players have changed teams, and there is still one elite wide receiver available.
In a surprising move, the Arizona Cardinals released wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
The Cardinals spent most of the offseason looking for a trade partner but could not find one.
Now Hopkins is free to sign with any team he chooses.
There are plenty of teams that could use an elite playmaker like Hopkins.
Yet, his market has been quiet so far.
According to Ian Rapoport, Hopkins is in no rush to find his next team.
He plans on taking his time and will sign when the time is right.

Some of the teams that have been linked to Hopkins are the Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, and Cleveland Browns.
But, it is anyone’s guess where the star will end up.
Hopkins could be the final piece that can take an offense from good to great.
He is entering his age-31 season and can still play at a high level.
Last season, Hopkins was suspended for the first six games for violating the NFL’s substance-abuse policy.
In the nine games he did play, he was able to catch 64 passes for 717 yards and three touchdowns.
Rapoport also mentioned how it would not surprise him if Hopkins waited until training camp to sign.
While Hopkins may not be asking for elite money, he is expected to get a good-sized contract.
It is rare for a player like Hopkins to be available on the open market.
Many wide receiver-needy teams should be jumping at this opportunity.
