Normally, one wouldn’t expect any real talent to be available on the NFL free agent market a few weeks before training camp starts.
However, as of now, there are a number of players available who are viable players, if not outright stars, and are just waiting for a team to sign them.
Insider Dov Kleiman posted a list on Twitter of just some of the free agents currently available, and there is some serious talent on that list.
Some of the NFL free-agents still available:
RB Dalvin Cook
WR DeAndre Hopkins
QB Carson Wentz
CB Eli Apple
WR Julio Jones
OT Taylor Lewan
LB Will Compton
OL DJ Fluker
RB Ezekiel Elliott
WR Jarvis Landry
CB Marcus Peters
QB Matt Ryan

Topping the list is running back Dalvin Cook, who has made the Pro Bowl while running for over 1,100 yards in each of the last four seasons.
Many feel he will end up signing with the Miami Dolphins, especially since he is originally from Miami, but the Denver Broncos have also been linked to him.
Wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, a five-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro First-Team selection, is also available after the Arizona Cardinals cut him loose earlier this offseason.
He has reportedly met with the Tennessee Titans and New England Patriots, but no decision seems to be imminent.
In addition, a three-time Pro Bowl running back by the name of Ezekiel Elliott is available after seven seasons of being the lynchpin of the Dallas Cowboys’ offense.
He appears to be in slow decline, but if he accepts a diminished role or even a backup spot, he could give some team plenty of value.
Another interesting running back who is available and still appears to be viable is Kareem Hunt, who led the NFL in rushing yards as a rookie and recently became a free agent.
