After getting the best of the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 14, the Buffalo Bills began to turn heads around the league once again, with it seeming like Josh Allen and company were back in the mix for the NFL playoffs.
Even though it has been a rough season for the Bills this year, Buffalo might be coming on strong at just the right time, with two impressive wins against two of the best teams in the league in consecutive weeks after the team was able to convincingly beat the Dallas Cowboys at Highmark Stadium in Week 15.
With the Bills looking more and more like a threat again in the AFC, Allen is starting to get some late NFL MVP buzz, as he’s been exceptional the last two weeks in the wins over the Chiefs and Cowboys.
Jonathan Jones of NFL on CBS believes that Allen playing at a high level in these big games against some of the league’s elite teams is enough to put him in the same conversation as Brock Purdy and Lamar Jackson, via NFL on CBS.
“I think he very well may be bringing himself into the MVP conversation with how he has played in those big games.”@jjones9 loves how much Josh Allen has been stepping up when it matters most pic.twitter.com/kFh8N3XSlK

With only three games left before the start of the NFL playoffs, Allen only has a short time to make his case for the regular-season award, which means it’s likely a stretch that he comes out on top in the race for MVP.
In the final three games, the Bills will take on the Los Angeles Chargers, New England Patriots, and Miami Dolphins, which are all games in which Allen can make a statement.
