This offseason, Miami Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill was involved in an off-the-field incident where he allegedly assaulted a man at a marina in Miami.

No charges ended up being filed against Hill, but there was the possibility that the NFL would issue some sort of discipline.

On Thursday, per Ian Rapoport, it was announced that no action would be taken by the league regarding the matter.

This was some much-needed good news for a Dolphins team that has been hit by bad luck since the start of training camp.

A few weeks ago, star cornerback Jalen Ramsey, whom they traded for during the offseason, suffered a knee injury that required surgery.

He is expected to be out of action until at least December, and it will be a major setback for a Miami squad that has legitimate Super Bowl aspirations.

Last year, Miami was explosive at times, but they had problems on defense, as they finished 26th in passing touchdowns allowed and 27th in passing yards allowed.

Ramsey was supposed to team up with fellow Pro Bowl corner Xavien Howard to give the Dolphins a fearsome duo in their secondary.

Offensively, Hill, whom they traded for in the 2022 offseason, has given them perhaps the game’s best wide receiver tandem along with Jaylen Waddle.

Even if they continue to have problems stopping opponents, they will be able to put points on the board, especially if quarterback Tua Tagovailoa stays healthy and continues to improve.
