The start of the 2024 NFL season is right around the corner, with the first game set to be played in Week 1 on September 5 at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium with the back-to-back Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs hosting reigning NFL MVP Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens in an AFC Championship Game rematch.
With the start of the 2024 campaign only a few weeks away, all the talking heads in the media are breaking down everything from the best players in the league to the best rosters in the NFL.
As usual, Nick Wright of FOX Sports always has a hot take or two before the football season gets underway, and he’s had some interesting ones over the past few weeks, especially when it comes to what’s in store for the new-look Chicago Bears in 2024.
According to Wright via First Things First, the five best rosters in the NFL heading into the upcoming regular season are the Chiefs, Detroit Lions, San Francisco 49ers, Bears and Cincinnati Bengals.

Four out of the five rosters Wright named were to be expected, even though it is odd that the Ravens didn’t make the list, especially with the division-rival Bengals making the cut.
However, the one team that stands out amongst the rest is the Bears, who have been awful for quite some time and had perhaps the best NFL offseason the franchise has ever had, bringing in potential superstar quarterback Caleb Williams along with a few other notable names.
Although the Bears have a talented team with Williams leading the way, it is a bit of a stretch to dub their roster one of the best in the league right now.
