The second round of the NBA playoffs has provided significant excitement for fans and analysts.
There have been several individual performances that have showcased the future of the league, as young, emerging players have seemed to take over.
One example of this is Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks, who continues to put the team on his back every night, a big reason why the team is up 2-0 over the Indiana Pacers.
Nick Wright discussed this on his show, “What’s Wright,” giving high praise to Brunson and what he has been able to accomplish to this point.
“Jalen Brunson is now a minted superstar,” Wright said.

In Wright’s mind, Brunson isn’t just one of the best young players in the league, but he is one of the best players in the league, period.
Brunson has showcased significant leadership throughout the playoffs to this point, and his numbers speak for themselves.
He has averaged over 35 points per game throughout the playoffs, an indication of how dominant he has been.
The Knicks have come to rely on him as various injuries have popped up throughout the season, and he has taken this role in stride.
Brunson seemed to be a player that was stuck on the Dallas Mavericks, as the team had invested so much in Luka Doncic.
When given the opportunity in New York, he made sure to make the most of it and has taken this role in stride.
Can the Knicks make it to the NBA Finals this year, knowing how dominant Brunson has been to this point?
