Nikola Jokic again made it look easy on Thursday night, scoring his latest triple-double with 26 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists while earning a 100% field goal percentage in a massive win over the Memphis Grizzlies.

This was the third perfect triple-double of Jokic’s career and, according to NBA on ESPN, that matches Wilt Chamberlain for the most such games all-time.

That means that just Chamberlain and Jokic exist in this very exclusive club, which is indeed very impressive.

Although it’s a wildly impressive stat for Jokic, it’s not all that surprising, considering the sort of numbers he repeatedly puts up.

So far this season, the big man is scoring 26.3 points, 12.4 rebounds, and 9.2 assists per game and has been shooting 54.9%.

As for his Denver Nuggets, they are the second-best team in the West with a 23-10 record.

Once again, people believe that Jokic is on the shortlist for this season’s MVP but, once again, the competition will be very intense.

Reigning MVP Joel Embiid is making a case for a second trophy and other players, such as Giannis Antetokounmpo and Luka Doncic, won’t go down without a very big fight.

At this point in his career, people just expect Jokic to perform like this because he has consistently been one of the top players alive for years now.

Tying a record with Chamberlain is just further proof of that.

Throughout his career, Jokic has made it very clear that he doesn’t care much about being MVP or setting records, he really just cares about helping his team win as much as possible.

Everyone agrees that the Nuggets have a very good chance of winning it all again this season, especially if Jokic keeps playing like this.
