The Chicago Bulls are a team that many people are intrigued with entering the season.

But, they still need to play well together and be on the same page to win games.

It was clear that was not the case in their first game of the season.

The Bulls lost their season opener to the Oklahoma City Thunder by 20 points.

It was a poor start to the season and one Bulls player was visibly frustrated during the game.

Bulls center Nikola Vucevic and head coach Billy Donovan had a visible disagreement during the game.

After the game, Vucevic addressed the incident and said he was not happy with how the Bulls were playing.

According to Darnell Mayberry, Vucevic mentioned getting caught up in the heat of the moment.

We usually see these things happen from time to time in the NBA.

But, not during the first game of the season.

Every team usually feels optimistic at the beginning of the year.

It is clear Vucevic and the Bulls have a lot to work out after their 20-point home loss.

Chicago may be good enough to make the playoffs this year.

But, anything more than that is unlikely.

In the three previous seasons with Donovan as head coach the Bulls made the playoffs one time.

That was in 2021-22 when they lost in the first round.

If the Bulls do not have postseason success this year it would not be a surprise to see them looking for a new coach.
