The jury is out on the In-Season Tournament amongst NBA players, with some of the players in the league not even knowing what it is all about and what is at stake.
The only real noticeable thing with the players when it comes to the In-Season Tournament is the basketball court changing drastically, which hasn’t exactly come with rave reviews thus far, as some believe it is a bit much with the colors.
Two-time NBA champion Kentavious Caldwell-Pope of the defending NBA champion Denver Nuggets was recently asked to share his thoughts on the In-Season Tournament.
The veteran guard doesn’t see much of a difference outside of the new basketball court and a little bit more intensity on the floor, via Vic Lombardi of Altitude TV.

At this point in time, there’s no telling whether the In-Season Tournament will be a success in the NBA, but if the ratings are any indication, it appears it is a hit in its inaugural season in the league.
As for the Nuggets, Denver is flying high once again this season, with Nikola Jokic and company dominating the competition on a nightly basis with 10 games in the books for the defending champions.
The Nuggets are sporting a record of 8-2, which is tied for the best in the Western Conference with Luka Doncic’s Dallas Mavericks.
As for the In-Season Tournament, the Nuggets have won their only game played thus far and currently lead the way in Group B, with the Houston Rockets also undefeated right now at 1-0.
