On Tuesday morning, the Miami Heat and Charlotte Hornets agreed to a trade that sent Terry Rozier to Miami and Kyle Lowry to Charlotte.
However, it was immediately reported that the Hornets were planning to move Lowry to another team before the upcoming trade deadline.
NBACentral has compiled a list of the teams most likely to land Lowry.
According to Bovada, the Atlanta Hawks have the best chance of receiving the veteran guard.
They have +150 odds, with the Utah Jazz, Washington Wizards, and Cleveland Cavaliers behind them with +400.
They are followed by the New York Knicks, Toronto Raptors, and Chicago Bulls.

There are a number of options for Lowry but it’s likely that no matter where he goes, his role with the team will be different.
He is at the point in his career when a starting role on a team doesn’t seem as likely.
At 37 years old, Lowry is averaging 8.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 4 assists on 42.6% from the field.
Lowry isn’t producing like he used to but he could still be a beneficial part of a team, especially coming off the bench.
Although the Hawks have the best chance of landing Lowry, he has previously said that he’d like to retire as a Raptor.
However, Toronto is lower on this list of possible new homes for Lowry so it seems like he might not get his wish, at least not right now.
Perhaps he can move to another franchise like the Hawks or Jazz for a while and then ultimately make his way back to the Raptors so he can get his wish to retire with the team he won a championship with.
The deadline is quickly approaching and the Hornets are planning to make a few other moves soon so fans should expect to get more news about Lowry’s future soon.
