The 2024 NFL season can’t start soon enough, especially if you root for a team with some unfinished business.

Everybody will aim at the Kansas City Chiefs’ crown, and while it won’t be easy to take down the defending Super Bowl champions, there will be plenty of teams and players with something to prove next season.

That’s why we could be in for a Comeback Player of the Year race for the ages, and the odds show exactly that.

As shown by uSTADIUM on Twitter, there are at least three legitimate candidates to run away with the distinction in 2024.

Comeback Player of the Year Odds (DraftKings)

Aaron Rodgers +100
Joe Burrow +200
Kirk Cousins +500
Anthony Richardson +750
Russell Wilson +1200
Deshaun Watson +1500
Nick Chubb +1800
Justin Herbert +2500
Daniel Jones +2500
Tank Dell +2500

Who are you taking?

At No. 3, we find Kirk Cousins with +500 odds.

He’s going to suit up for the Atlanta Falcons after an MVP-caliber start to the season with the Minnesota Vikings, but he might not be ready for the start of the season, so that’s obviously going to take a bit of a toll on his chances.

Then, we find Cincinnati Bengals star Joe Burrow, with +200 odds.

Burrow is one of the undisputed best quarterbacks in the game when healthy, and he’ll have to shake off that “injury-prone” label after missing most of the last campaign with an injury.

Then, we find the legendary Aaron Rodgers with +100 odds.

The New York Jets only had their new quarterback on the field for four snaps in his first season in Gotham, and with them having Super Bowl aspirations now, he’s going to have to prove that he’s the perennial MVP-caliber quarterback he was during his days with the Green Bay Packers.
