The NFL schedule release has quickly become one of the biggest events of the year for the league.
This is a tradition unlike any other, but because there are only 17 games in an NFL season, each one matters significantly.
Fans get excited to see when and where their favorite teams will play throughout the year, and during this time, team social media channels are able to get creative with these releases.
There were a lot of hype videos for this year’s schedule release, although, this was a bittersweet day for one team.
As Dov Kleiman pointed out after everything had been unveiled, the Carolina Panthers are the only team in the league to not get a primetime game.

This is a devastating blow for Panthers fans, as it indicates what the league thinks of their team.
The Panthers were the worst team in the NFL last season, and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of optimism surrounding them heading into the 2024 campaign.
Yes, the team has added a few pieces on offense to help support Bryce Young, but with a lot of holes still remaining, confidence levels are low, especially after seeing how last year went.
Young’s rookie campaign looked a lot differently than many fans expected, especially since the Panthers used the No. 1 overall pick on him.
He did show significant promise in college, but the NFL is an entirely different ball game.
With any luck, Young will find a way to bounce back in 2024, proving to the schedule makers that they made a mistake.
