Patrick Beverley has been all over the NBA during his 11 years of playing professional basketball but his latest home might be his favorite.
Beverley is playing for the Philadelphia 76ers and seems very comfortable and happy there.
Speaking to Sean Barnard on the “Pat Bev Podcast,” Beverley discussed his admiration for the city and its loyal fanbase.
“This city really appreciates me, the small things I do on the basketball court,” he said.

So far this season, Beverley has averaged 3.3 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game.
Those might not be jaw-dropping numbers but they don’t properly summarize what he can bring to his team night after night.
Beverley has always been a fierce defender and a huge personality who is willing – and eager – to fight hard on behalf of his squad and his teammates.
Even if his numbers aren’t amazing, he can still do so much for the Sixers.
His desire to win and to play his heart out is admired by the fans in Philadelphia, who have waited years for the 76ers to be Finals contenders again.
They like to see players who want a championship as much as they do and will battle as hard as possible.
Beverley has had two of his best games of the season recently, scoring 12 points and 6 rebounds in a game against the Los Angeles Lakers, and posting 11 points and 7 assists against the New Orleans Pelicans.
During that Lakers game, Beverley shocked his old team by going 50% from beyond the three-point line.
The fans in Philadelphia were eating it up and cheering Beverley on and those cheers are sure to continue.
