Professional athletes from different teams getting together in the offseason has become common, especially with players in the NFL and the NBA.
Players are no longer against improving their games alongside opponents, which can kill some of the competitive fire, but it is a sign of the times in professional sports.
The latest example of players from different teams working out together to improve during the offseason includes Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs teaming up with San Francisco 49ers quarterback Trey Lance and Dante Moore of UCLA.
Moore took to Instagram to post a picture of him working with Mahomes and Lance via Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team.

With Lance fighting for the starting job under center in San Francisco and Moore preparing for his first season as the leader under center for the Bruins, learning from Mahomes is a smart move by both of these promising young quarterbacks.
Mahomes is coming off his second Super Bowl title and is widely regarded as the best quarterback in the NFL today, and that distinction doesn’t seem like it’ll be changing any time soon.
As the best player in the game at the quarterback position, Mahomes clearly has no problem sharing tricks of the trade with two quarterbacks looking to make a name for themselves in the years to come.
Moore has a long way to go, as he has yet to take a snap for UCLA, but he has a lot of hype heading into his playing career at the college level.
Lance, on the other hand, is trying to salvage what he can after losing the majority of last season to an injury and seeing Brock Purdy win over the coaching staff in his absence.
