The Los Angeles Clippers have one of the most talented two-way players in the history of the game.
But besides his undeniable talents and impact, Kawhi Leonard is also a one-of-a-kind man.
He’s not exactly expressive and doesn’t strike you as the loud or vocal average NBA superstar.
However, that doesn’t mean he’s not funny to be around, at least according to his own teammates.
In the latest edition of Paul George’s ‘Podcast P,’ he and Terance Mann told a hilarious story of Kawhi refusing to pay his dues and run sprints.

The Clippers have an unwritten rule about running sprints after an airball, yet Kawhi simply said, ‘I’m not running.’
When confronted by assistant coach Bryan Shaw, Leonard claimed he wasn’t going to do it because air balling is a natural part of the game, and he would miss again at some point.
Then, later in practice, someone else air-balled, and Leonard went at Shaw to double down on his criticism of this particular rule.
Kawhi should know that no one’s above the law and that he should abide by the team’s rules, regardless of how big of a star he is or how many NBA championships he’s won.
Then again, his teammates didn’t take that as an offense, so it’s all good in that locker room.
Leonard definitely doesn’t strike many people as the kind of guy who would be purposely funny.
But perhaps, that’s exactly what makes this kind of thing even funnier.
