The Baltimore Ravens were pretty close to the big prize last season.

They were close to reaching the Super Bowl, and while the San Francisco 49ers were no joke, they had already dominated them in the regular season.

Lamar Jackson left something to be desired in the AFC championship game.

It seemed like he settled for staying in the pocket instead of using his instincts as a scrambler, and it backfired.

Needless to say, that fueled the narrative about him being bad in the playoffs and whether a team could win with him at quarterback.

With that in mind, HC John Harbaugh claimed that he’s looking forward to making him the greatest quarterback of all time, adding that he truly believes he can be that.

Of course, those comments were met with mixed reviews and even some mockery.

Paul Pierce, however, thinks they were right on point.

In the latest edition of Undisputed, the former NBA star claimed that it was all about the mental aspect of the game.

As a former athlete, he knows just how important it is to feel and know that your coach has the utmost confidence in you and your skills.

Coaches are expected to develop players, and Harbaugh’s vision and mission for Jackson are right in line with what he should aspire to do.

If you’re not looking to turn your players into the best version of themselves, perhaps it’s simply not the right line of work for you.
