The Green Bay Packers were almost an afterthought last season.

They got off to a rocky start to the campaign, and it seemed as if they had made a mistake with Jordan Love.

Then, they got red hot to close out the year on a high note, even winning one playoff game on the road and almost winning the other.

Now, in 2024, Peter Schrager believes they’re going to be on the winning side of the NFC playoffs.

Talking on Good Morning Football, Schrager chose the Packers to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl (via Ian Rapoport).

And given that he’s been the most accurate analyst in terms of Super Bowl predictions in the past six years or so, we better listen.

Schrager predicted that the Packers would make the playoffs as a Wild Card team.

Then, HC Matt LaFleur would beat his former co-worker, Sean McVay, and the Los Angeles Rams on the road.

From there, the Packers would take down the Detroit Lions on the road as well, just to cap it off with a road win vs. their nemesis, Kyle Shanahan and the San Francisco 49ers.

Unfortunately, though, that could be the end of the road for LaFleur’s team.

As good as they will be, Schrager also has the Kansas City Chiefs reaching the big game again.

Moreover, he’s confident in their chances of winning the first-ever Super Bowl three-peat, going as far as to call it the ‘Chiefs-peat,’ and predicting they’ll be crowned as the greatest team in NFL history while Tom Brady is in the booth calling the game.
