The NFL offseason is often filled with rankings, speculation, and conversations about the upcoming year.
PFF has become one of the leaders in this space, seemingly posting countless rankings throughout the year.
They recently posted their picks for the AFC’s leaders by position group, identifying the leaders in six different categories.

PFF’s top running back group was the Cleveland Browns, which is led by Nick Chubb.
Chubb’s backups are now Jerome Ford and Demetric Felton Jr, as Kareem Hunt is away from the team, and it isn’t likely that he’ll return.
They also rated the Browns’ offensive line as the best in the AFC, which is great news for Deshaun Watson.
Watson only played in six games last season and didn’t find the success that the team had been hoping for.
With any luck, a full offseason with his team should assist Watson as he looks to lead the Browns to an AFC North title.
The Cincinnati Bengals are routinely touted as having one of the league’s best-receiving rooms, and PFF ranked them with this in mind.
Tee Higgins, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tyler Boyd are their top-three options, giving Joe Burrow a great chance to succeed.
The Miami Dolphins were given the AFC’s best defensive line, and the Baltimore Ravens the best linebacker unit.
Both teams are known for having strong defenses and are continually ranked highly as a result.
The New York Jets were ranked as the best secondary, which is likely due to Sauce Gardner’s brilliance during his rookie season.
