Las Vegas Raiders rookie quarterback Aidan O’Connell hasn’t been good during his team’s three consecutive losses.

He’s completed 64.15 percent of his passes and averaged 230 yards per game, but he only has two touchdowns and four interceptions during that stretch with seven sacks.

With O’Connell at the helm, the Raiders have only scored 20 points in the past three games and are coming off a zero-point outing in the loss to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 14.

The Raiders promoted O’Connell to the starting role ahead of veteran Jimmy Garoppolo in Week 9 after the team also fired head coach Josh McDaniels.

Interim head coach Antonio Pierce hasn’t wavered from O’Connell as his starter since – until now.

Pierce recently said the team is “still evaluating” who their starting quarterback will be in Week 15.

“We’re in that process now,” Pierce added. “We’ll see how the week goes.”

That’s a pretty tepid endorsement from the head coach, and one that could signal another quarterback change.

The only other quarterback options for the Raiders are Garoppolo and 38-year-old Brian Hoyer.

Neither have inspired much confidence this season and would be thrust into the starting role in a short week, as the Raiders face the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football at home.

Garoppolo is 3-3 as a starter this season with 1,205 passing yards, seven touchdowns and nine interceptions, while Hoyer lost the only game he started and threw for just 231 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions.

O’Connell, meanwhile, has 1,365 passing yards, four touchdowns and seven interceptions in six games at the helm.

Pierce’s decision will likely hinge on which passer he thinks could give him a good chance to save his job this summer.
