The Los Angeles Rams entered this season with some big question marks over their heads.
Would they be contenders again despite all the absences and injuries?
Would they struggle again like last season?
Thus far, the truth has been somewhere in between, alternating big wins with tough losses and showing worrisome inconsistency.
That leaves the door open for them to try and make some moves, mostly offloading veteran talent.
With that in mind, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports that they’re looking forward to finding a trade partner for Van Jefferson.
#Rams are looking into trading wide receiver Van Jefferson, per source. L.A. has been in contact with Jefferson’s agent, with the player open to a new home.

Jefferson was a key contributor to their Super Bowl run just two seasons ago, but he’s been barely involved — or even on the field — this season.
The Rams unearthed a hidden gem in Puka Nacua, who became the hottest pickup in Fantasy Football before De’Von Achane’s breakout and who has already set numerous marks in his rookie season.
And now that Cooper Kupp is back from his hamstring injury, that will leave even fewer touches available for the veteran Jefferson.
While no longer in his physical prime, he’s always been a reliable wideout, and it shouldn’t be difficult to find him a new home.
Plenty of teams could use a boost to the receiving corps, including the Pittsburgh Steelers, Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots, and Carolina Panthers.
Jefferson is on quite a moveable deal, making just north of $1.3 million this season, and he’s going to become a free agent at the end of the year, thus being a prime low-risk/high-reward pickup for any team looking for depth.
