After finishing the 2022 NFL season with a disappointing record of 5-12, the Los Angeles Rams were thought to be a once-talented team trending down with no telling what the immediate future would hold despite still having one of the best head coaches calling the shots on the sideline and quarterback Matthew Stafford under center.

Strangely enough, the Rams were able to bounce back with a vengeance during the 2023 campaign, with the team far exceeding expectations and seeing another star receiver emerge in the form of rookie Puka Nacua.

With Cooper Kupp and Nacua becoming one of the best receiver duos in the game, Stafford could see his career get extended for a few years, as the Rams may light up the scoreboard on a weekly basis next season and beyond.

Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team reports that, along with having a career resurrection of sorts last season with Nacua and Kupp now helping him lead the offense, the Rams and Stafford have agreed upon an adjusted deal.

In 15 games last season for the Rams, Stafford threw for 3,965 yards, 24 touchdowns and 11 interceptions, helping Los Angeles to a second-place finish in the NFC West division behind the top-seeded San Francisco 49ers with a record of 10-7, which is five wins better than the previous season.

Unfortunately for the Rams, superstar Aaron Donald has decided to retire, which will likely change the way this team plays defensively, as they will be without one of the greatest pass rushers of all time.

However, the Rams are still expected to be a force to be reckoned with, especially on offense.
