Rasheed Wallace spent 16 seasons in the NBA and played with a number of big names, including multiple Hall of Famers.

He grew close with so many talented stars that it’s hard to choose the finest.

But when it comes to the best of the best and the greatest player to have in the locker room, Wallace has a clear choice.

He said that Brian Scalabrine is the sort of player you want on and off the court.

Not only can he play great basketball and defense, but he also never caused any problems in the locker room and is a genuinely good guy, according to Wallace.

Scalabrine was the sixth pick in the second round of the 2001 NBA draft.

He didn’t garner a lot of attention when he was selected by the New Jersey Nets but he ended up making a big impact on several teams.

He played for the Nets followed by the Boston Celtics and Chicago Bulls.

During his time with the Celtics, Scalabrine played with Wallace, and the two grew very close.

Throughout his 11 years in the league, Scalabrine only averaged 3.1 points and 2 rebounds but he was obviously an important part of the team.

Wallace said that he influenced other players and helped team morale.

He may not have been loading up the scoreboard every night but he supported the team’s chemistry.

Today, Scalabrine is best known for his commentary and analysis about the NBA.

He seems well-liked by his peers which isn’t surprising based on these comments from Wallace.
