The Baltimore Ravens just got a lot better.
According to Albert Breer of NBC Sports Boston, they’ve officially decided to activate All-Pro tight end Mark Andrews ahead of Sunday’s AFC Championship Game vs. the Kansas City Chiefs.
Needless to say, this is going to be a massive boost for Todd Monken’s offense, considering he’s always been Lamar Jackson’s favorite target in the passing game.
The Ravens have activated all-world TE Mark Andrews for Sunday’s AFC title game against the Chiefs. Big addition, obviously, for the Baltimore offense.

Andrews has been on the shelf for most of the season.
He suffered an ankle injury that most people thought could sideline him for the remainder of the campaign, but the coaching and medical staff were always confident in his ability to make a comeback late in the playoffs.
He was pretty close to being activated from the Injured Reserve (IR) list to face the Houston Texans in the AFC Divisional Roud, but the team decided to err on the side of caution and keep him out for at least another week.
Isaiah Likely has stepped up big time in the passing game during his absence, bursting out and stepping up to prove that he can also be a legitimate threat down the field.
Jackson and the Ravens are 3.5-point favorites ahead of Sunday’s contest.
They will need all hands on deck to get past the Kansas City Chiefs and dethrone the reigning Super Bowl champions.
Now, Steve Spagnuolo’s stellar defense will have another guy to worry about on every single dropback.
Whether he’ll be able to make an impact after such a long layoff remains to be seen.
