Odell Beckham Jr. has been one of the biggest storylines during the 2023 NFL offseason.
While he was rumored to be headed to several different teams, the Baltimore Ravens have signed him to a one-year contract.
Many fans have speculated about what this might mean for Lamar Jackson’s future with the team, now that the Ravens have committed to a veteran receiver.
For Beckham’s new teammate Marlon Humphrey, he appears elated about the signing, with the possibility that he and Beckham could be great friends moving forward.

As Humphrey says in this tweet, he would love to become best friends with Beckham in the Ravens’ search to win a Super Bowl.
Humphrey is a five-year NFL veteran and is coming off one of his best career seasons, as a cornerback for the Ravens.
He has been a leader on this team, and many of his teammates respect his opinion and presence in the locker room.
Beckham’s contract is set in stone, and he will be on the Ravens for the 2023 season.
What does this mean for Jackson and the rest of the offense?
After the Ravens assigned Jackson the franchise tag, he revealed that he requested a trade from the organization, which was largely due to the level of disrespect that he felt.
Jackson and the Ravens have negotiated a contract extension for over a year, with no end in sight.
With any luck, the signing of Beckham is good news for Jackson, as the Ravens have now added weapons on offense.
