Week 1 of the 2023 NFL Season is officially in the books.

There were several dominant performances by teams across the league, while others put up duds.

Both can trigger a strong fan response, often causing analysts to also react accordingly.

In a recent segment of “Around The Horn,” Courtney Cronin detailed her expectations for the Miami Dolphins after their Week 1 performance.

“They’re putting the AFC on notice,” Cronin said.

The Miami Dolphins are showing that they’re Super Bowl contenders, says @CourtneyRCronin.

After just one game, Cronin thinks the Dolphins have what it takes to contend for the Super Bowl this season.

Tua Tagovailoa had one of the best Week 1 performances in NFL history, throwing for 466 yards and three touchdowns.

Their offense seems to be on the right track, and their defense is slated to continue to be solid as well.

Plus, Cronin said the Dolphins are “not the most complete version of themselves” at this point.

Jalen Ramsey is out due to injury but is expected to be back before the regular season concludes.

He was brought in during the offseason to add to their secondary, who played well during his absence during their first game.

Many Dolphins fans and analysts like Cronin believe the Dolphins have the necessary pieces in place to make a postseason run.

The Dolphins took down the Los Angeles Chargers in stunning fashion during a difficult game.

Can they do the same against other formidable opponents?

The Dolphins head to New England this week for a matchup with the Patriots.

If they’re able to succeed against this staunch defense, there’s no telling what their ceiling could be for the rest of the season.
