For the first time in decades, no one can stop talking about the New York Jets.

Robert Saleh’s team has been all over the headlines since the start of the offseason, and Aaron Rodgers has everything to do with that.

We’re talking about a team that knocked on the door of playoff contention last season and which features the reigning NFL Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year.

Moreover, the fact that the Jets signed Nathaniel Hackett — one of Rodgers’ closest friends — to be the team’s offensive coordinator could be a major factor going forward.

That’s why former Super Bowl champion Richard Sherman believes the sky is the limit for the Jets, as he went as far as to predict they’ll reach the Super Bowl this season, via “Undisputed” on Monday.

Sherman pointed out the fact that Rodgers had back-to-back MVP seasons with Hackett as his QB coach.

Rumors stated that the Denver Broncos only hired Hackett as their head coach last season to lure Rodgers with him, but that obviously didn’t happen.

They said the same when the Jets hired him before trading for Rodgers, and it worked this time.

Rodgers is one of the greatest and most efficient passers the game of football has ever seen, and he has a great set of weapons at his disposal at this moment.

The offensive line will continue to be an issue unless they do something to keep him safe.

Still, this team has everything going on for them to finally get over the hump.
