Travis Kelce was recently spotted at a Cleveland Guardians game, where he was slated to throw out the first pitch.

Despite playing baseball growing up, Kelce’s pitch was less-than-ideal, as he bounced the ball well short of home plate.

The video of Kelce’s pitch quickly went viral, and many in sports media shared their take on his form.

On a recent episode of “Up & Adams”, Rob Gronkowski joined in on the fun, citing that Kelce had a “Gronk Spike.”

Travis, your first pitch was…

but you get a 10/10 for doing a Gronk spike

Kelce is one of the NFL‘s best tight ends.

If his baseball skills are similar to his most recent first pitch, Kelce might want to stick to football moving forward.

It appears that Kelce has shaken off this embarrassing pitch, and will turn his attention to the weekend of the NFL Draft.

This year’s draft is taking place in Kansas City, and Kelce is making his contributions to the event.

He is hosting a music festival, which features several marquee artists on the lineup.

Kelce and his brother Jason will also be hosting a live version of their podcast, and fans from across the United States will be able to buy tickets.

While Kelce’s baseball days might be long behind him, he has solidified himself as a part of the greater Kansas City community and is becoming more well-recognized in everyday media as well.

Hosting “Saturday Night Live” was not an easy task, yet, Kelce somehow made that look much less difficult than throwing out the first pitch of a baseball game.
