No one is talking about them right now, but the Los Angeles Clippers could be a huge problem in the playoffs.

They’ve finally clicked on offense, and they have the personnel to be an absolute nightmare on the defensive end of the floor.

This was on full display late in the game vs. the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday afternoon.

Tyronn Lue’s team was trailing by double digits at home with just over three minutes left in the clock.

Then, Russell Westbrook galvanized a 22-0 run to close out the game and get an 11-point win against all odds.

When asked about his role in that comeback, the former Oklahoma City Thunder star simply stated that he just did his job (via Bally Sports West).

“That’s my job,” Westbrook said.

For years, people have talked a lot about Russell Westbrook, but he’s the ultimate team guy.

They called him selfish, yet he was more than willing to come off the bench and embrace a lesser role for the sake of the team, and he’s never been about the spotlight.

He could end up being the biggest X-Factor in the postseason, and not many former MVPs would be willing to bite that kind of bullet for their team.

Westbrook finished the game with 23 points, nine rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block, and one three-pointer, shooting 10 of 16 from the field.

The Clippers are now 27-14 and have the fourth-best record in the Western Conference, and you don’t want to come across them in a seven-game series if they stay healthy.
