The Green Bay Packers are in a tough situation right now.
On the one hand, they have their quarterback for the future and want to pay him.
On the other hand, that quarterback is forcing their hand, and they might have to do some things that they initially didn’t intend to.
Jordan Love has let the team know that he won’t show up to training camp without a new contract, so the clock is ticking on them.
However, Ryan Clark believes that investment is going to be worth every penny and even more.
In the latest edition of ESPN’s Get Up, the former player claimed that he wouldn’t be shocked to see the Packers make it all the way to the Super Bowl next season.
“It wouldn’t surprise me if we’re looking at a world where the Green Bay Packers are in the Super Bowl next year.”

He remembered the fact that the Packers were actually just 30 minutes away from reaching the NFC Championship Game.
He also believes that as much as people don’t seem to talk about their wide receivers corps, those young players are absolutely phenomenal and will only continue to get better alongside Love.
More than that, he claimed that he wouldn’t be shocked if Jordan Love were to be the best quarterback in the NFC next season.
Those are some big statements, but the Packers proved to be way ahead of schedule last season, so perhaps it’s not that far-fetched to think about.
Also, Matt LaFleur might be one of the best coaches in the game, and with a new defensive coordinator in place, the Packers might be a legitimate dark horse to come out of the NFC.
