The New York Jets are one of the most promising teams in the NFL, with the team about to get an incredible boost at the quarterback position as it seems like only a matter of time before they trade for superstar Aaron Rodgers.
The addition of Rodgers and all the progress the team made last season puts the Jets in the playoff conversation and potentially in the title contender conversation.
As if all this isn’t something for Jets fans to get excited about moving forward, the team might also be bringing in another superstar, with All-Pro cornerback Sauce Gardner sending out a cryptic tweet this week, which got a response from Odell Beckham Jr.

Obviously, this seems to hint at Beckham either talking with or agreeing to sign with the Jets, which would instantly give Rodgers a superstar to throw to downfield.
The former Los Angeles Rams wide receiver missed the entire 2023 NFL season after he tore his ACL in the Super Bowl against the Cincinnati Bengals in February of 2022.
Despite seemingly endless rumors about his intentions in free agency or teams potentially interested in signing him, the veteran wideout remains without a team this deep into the NFL free agency process.
Beckham may not be the dominant player of old, but he will likely make any team he signs with that much better.
In the eight regular-season games Beckham played with the Rams, the veteran wide receiver caught 27 passes for 305 yards and five touchdowns.
During the playoffs, Beckham played in four games hauling in 24 receptions for 288 yards and two touchdowns.
