The Los Angeles Rams were pretty close to pulling off a big upset last season.

They lost to the Detroit Lions in the NFC Wild Card game by just one point.

Needless to say, that’s a loss that they might remember for a very, very long time.

With that in mind, Kay Adams asked HC Sean McVay about one single play from last season that he would’ve wanted back (via Up & Adams).

What’s the ONE play from last season #Rams HC Sean McVay wishes he could have back??

The coach didn’t talk about a play in particular, but he did admit that he wished his team would’ve executed better in the red zone, admitting that he should’ve also gone for it on fourth down a couple of times.

McVay also claimed that he was going to learn from those situations and apply them in the future, so Rams fans might be more than excited about the upcoming campaign.

Unfortunately, they won’t have Aaron Donald out there anymore.

The legendary defenseman retired after a historical career, and that’s an absence that’s going to be more than notorious for them.

Even so, with McVay calling the shots and Matthew Stafford back to full strength, they should continue to have one of the best offenses in the game.

The NFC West battle should be an interesting one.

The San Francisco 49ers should continue to be the team to beat there, but the Rams have fared very well against them.

As for the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals, they’re not likely to be on the same tier, but they could still make some noise.
