The Oklahoma City Thunder are profiling to be a legitimate contender during the 2024-25 NBA season as the roster is stacked with young, two-way talent and complementary role players.

With Chet Holmgren and Jalen Williams, the Thunder have two cornerstone pieces to build their roster around.

It sounds like Gilgeous-Alexander and the rest of the Canada roster aren’t afraid of Team USA, and for good reason, as they stack up well on paper.

Both squads won their respective groups by going undefeated during pool play and likely would face each other in the elimination rounds at some point.

Gilgeous-Alexander and Canada would be considered the underdogs in that matchup, but it would be exciting nonetheless.
