Rudy Gobert is one of the most criticized players in the entire NBA.
Some of his current and former colleagues believe he’s vastly overpaid and overrated, and others have actually gone on record to say he’s soft.
That’s why many won’t waste time to call him out whenever he’s exposed or in a tough spot, which is something that happens fairly often.
That was the case just minutes into France’s debut in the Olympics, as he was dunked on by a significantly shorter Brazilian player (via Heavenly Buckets).

Needless to say, Shaquille O’Neal — one of his biggest critics and the ultimate troll — made the most of the chance to poke fun at him with a hilarious meme on his Instagram story (via Hater Report).

The meme shows Gobert working as a cashier at Walmart and reads ‘Gobert if he wasn’t 7-foot-1.’
Gobert’s résumé puts him up there with some of the greatest defensive players to ever lace them up.
He’s been exposed and a bit of a liability in the playoffs more often than not, and it seems like many fellow NBA players simply don’t like him at all.
Of course, everybody can and will get dunked on at some point; that’s just a part of playing defense.
Still, with Gobert, it just feels personal.
