Skip Bayless Makes Bold Prediction About Eagles, Bucs Game

The Philadelphia Eagles have lost five of their last six games.

They couldn’t get any sort of momentum ahead of the playoffs, losing their only chance to win the NFC East Division by losing to the New York Giants.

Nick Sirianni and the coaching staff seem to be a mess right now, and having Matt Patricia replace Sean Desai wasn’t the wisest decision in hindsight.

Considering all that, NFL analyst Skip Bayless is confident that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will beat them in the Wild Card round, and it’s hard to argue with that prediction.

“I believe the Eagles will lose to the Bucs a week from tonight,” Bayless said.

Talking on Undisputed, Bayless stated that the Bucs would ‘put them out of their misery,’ adding that the Eagles look like a team that has lost it’s way and it’s heart already.

Bayless explained that they have lost their confidence and where things are headed.

He also points out the fact that they’re the second-worst team in the league in terms of getting stops on third down, the third-worst team in terms of points allowed, and the fifth-worst team in turnover differential (-10).

The Bucs had ups and downs throughout the course of the season and struggled to clinch their division in a game vs. the last-place Carolina Panthers, but they have more than enough playmakers on offense and a strong defense to pull off this upset as 2.5-point underdogs at home.
