The New York Knicks couldn’t finish the job at home.

The series will now head to Wells Fargo Center for Game 6, as the Philadelphia 76ers survived for another day behind Tyrese Maxey’s epic performance.

This series was never going to be easy, as the Sixers were no ordinary No. 7 seed, even with a banged-up Joel Embiid.

And even though the Knicks seemed to be in control, they might not be as good as we originally thought.

At least, that’s how Skip Bayless feels.

In the latest edition of Undisputed, the controversial pundit claimed that the Knicks were ‘overrated’ and ‘hard to watch’ on offense.

He called out Jalen Brunson for taking and missing a lot of shots, stating that he missed plenty of three-pointers that could’ve shifted momentum in their favor, especially down the stretch.

Bayless believes that the Knicks are an offensively stagnant team that depends on Brunson’s heroics on that end of the floor.

He questioned their offense and claimed that they were just standing in their spots while Brunson dribbled the basketball, especially now that they don’t have Julius Randle.

The Knicks finished with the second-best record in the Eastern Conference for a reason, and overrated sounds like a bit of a stretch.

Of course, being perhaps the biggest market in the NBA, it’s natural to see some overreactions, but it’s not like they’re a fluke by any means.

Even so, they still need to prove it by taking down the Sixers, and they cannot afford for this series to go to seven games.
