The NFL Draft is now over, an event that saw dozens of trades and many surprises along the way.
The Philadelphia Eagles have been lauded by several experts and draft analysts, with many believing they had one of the best drafts of any team in the league.
After a large amount of praise they have received, several league executives have reportedly been annoyed, according to Peter Schrager via Dov Kleiman.

Heading into the draft, the Eagles were armed with the No. 10 and No. 30 overall picks.
However, they traded up one spot, selecting Jalen Carter with the No. 9 pick.
They also took Nolan Smith, Carter’s teammate at the University of Georgia.
Smith and Carter were seen as two of the best defenders in the entire draft, and now, the Eagles have both on their roster.
Howie Roseman is frequently seen as one of the best GMs in the league, and his most recent draft is another piece to his impressive portfolio.
Has the amount of praise gone too far?
If Schrager’s report is any indication, it does appear that way, at least in the eyes of other executives in the league.
After the Eagles lost in the Super Bowl, many wondered how they would be able to continue their success in 2023.
By adding key players in the draft, along with extending Jalen Hurts to a long-term deal, the Eagles have mapped out their plan to return to the title game.
Will another team in the NFC be able to stop them this year?
