The Green Bay Packers might have their answer at quarterback.
Despite Jordan Love being in his first season as their full-time starter, there is a growing sense within the organization that Love has a future with the team.
He has seemingly won over the locker room, and his on-field play has been better than advertised.
This was highlighted by Packers’ reporter Eli Berkovits, who tweeted about Love’s impact on the offense.
Love has accounted for 80% of the Packers’ total touchdowns this year, which is impressive compared to Lamar Jackson’s 56% rate.
The #Packers have scored 42 total TDs this year.
Jordan Love is responsible for 34 (80%) of them…
By comparison, Lamar Jackson is responsible for only 56% of the Ravens TDs.

When seeing this was the case, Berkovits jokingly asked if Love should be the MVP over Jackson.
All jokes aside, several analysts across the league have admired Love’s play, not just the team’s regular reporters.
Love has thrown for the tenth-most yards of any quarterback this season, the third-most touchdown passes, and the ninth-most completions.
He is playing well for a first-year starter in a system and performing at a high level compared to others in the league.
Now that Love has performed well this season, the fanbase has fully bought into him as the team’s starter.
While his regular season performance has been looked upon fondly, the job is not done yet.
Love and the Packers have an opportunity to make it into the playoffs with a win over the Chicago Bears this weekend, which would further the story of Year 1.
Fans will be interested to see what this team can do with Love at the helm in a potential playoff game.
