The Golden State Warriors weren’t exactly at their best last season.
They had some evident chemistry issues dating back to training camp, and some of their problems snowballed onto the court.
Now, they’ve hit the ground running with four consecutive wins.
They’re having fun out there, and it seems like the veterans are setting the tone again.
When asked about that, Stephen Curry admitted that things weren’t so good in the locker room last season, but now that they’re “not so young,” they’ve managed to rally around a common goal (Via Warriors on NBC Sports).

Curry states that there’s not much of an ego between the players, in the sense that there’s no bitterness about who’s going to start or who’s going to be on the court in crunch time to close games out.
That could take a team a long way.
Jordan Poole’s altercation with Draymond Green tore the locker room apart last season, and Green stopped himself from being as vocal as he usually was because he knew his credibility had taken a big hit — no pun intended.
The Warriors are now a more mature and veteran team, and they know they all have to be on the same page if they want to get the job done.
It’s not about who gets the most touches or who’s on the floor in the final two minutes, it’s all about playing your part and doing what’s best for the team.
