After years of winning championships, claiming trophies, and transforming the league, Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors is finally doing something brand new: playing in the Olympics.

He has played for Team USA before in the 2010 and 2014 FIBA World Cups but he will be in the Olympics for the first time in a few weeks, representing his country and working alongside some of the biggest names in the NBA.

Curry and his crew are currently in Las Vegas for Olympics training camp and @30problemz on Twitter showed off a photo of Curry holding his brand-new jersey.

In the image, Curry looked elated and ready to get to work.

Curry held a No. 4 jersey, which is different from the regular No. 30 that he wears at home during the regular season.

But that is a small, easy change for Curry, who might be only weeks away from his first Olympic gold medal.

Curry was the first player at training camp and immediately got prepared for some practices and exhibition games.

After Curry’s arrival, other NBA icons showed up, such as LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Anthony Davis, Kawhi Leonard, Jrue Holiday, and more.

Now these legendary players are going to spend time getting ready for the tough competition ahead.

Because of the level of talent on the team, great things are expected and American fans will accept nothing less than gold.

And even international fans rooting for other countries will be excited to see Curry on the court with stars like James, Durant, and others.

There is no doubt that these Olympics will be very special, regardless of who wins.
