For years, ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith has made a living out of shouting hot takes and hilarious rants about the NBA, the NFL, and whatnot.
Smith has been one of the most prominent figures on the network over the past couple of years, and he’s a guy people actually want to hear, even if they don’t agree with him.
Smith knows a thing or two about hoops, being a former basketball player himself.
So, it’s not much of a surprise to see that he’s teaming up with renowned IMG Academy to conduct a basketball camp from August 6-12.

As a part of the camp package, the controversial pundit will be in attendance and participate in several activities with the young men in attendance, including motivational talks and Q&A sessions and discussions.
Moreover, all attendees will also get some signature Stephen A. Smith Basketball Camp at IMG Academy apparel and memorabilia.
On top of that, IMG Academy states that the camp will feature several top-notch coaches with experience at the collegiate and professional levels.
Notably, several IMG Academy alumni have gone on to make it to the NBA in recent years, such as Jonathan Isaac, Anfernee Simons, Bruno Fernando, Josh Green, Kenyon Martin Jr., Jaden Springer, and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl.
So, who knows?
Maybe the next NBA superstar will get the chance to know one of the loudest voices in the sports industry and, one day down the line, he’ll reveal untold stories about his first steps in the basketball world.
