The New York Knicks are one of the most exciting teams in the NBA right now but, sadly, they are also one of the most injury-prone.

The injury bug struck again on Wednesday night, as both Jalen Brunson and OG Anunoby were hurt during Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Indiana Pacers.

Brunson was able to make his way back to the court but Anunoby could miss more games due to a leg injury.

On “First Take,” diehard Knicks fan Stephen A. Smith admitted that he is worried about his team because of these problems.

He still has faith in the Knicks and thinks they can take down the Pacers but he’s afraid by how often they are getting hurt.

The Knicks were already without Julius Randle, Bojan Bogdanovic, and Mitchell Robinson before Game 2.

As for Anunoby, he had already missed 32 games during the regular season because of an elbow injury.

The team has been playing hard all season long despite these injuries and has fought to earn their spot in the playoffs.

Now they have to be extra careful because these sorts of injuries could really throw them off course.

The team faced serious problems in the second quarter when Brunson was in the locker room, a troubling sign.

Thankfully, he came back and it looks like he won’t miss any time.

But is another injury lurking right around the corner for him or some other players?

Even though the Knicks have a 2-0 lead in this series, it is clear that the Pacers are difficult opponents.

Plus, the Knicks hope to go beyond the Eastern Conference Finals.

Any additional injuries will just create more worries for fans like Smith and more obstacles on the way to a championship.
