The NBA has a long history of great players in every era.
One of the most interesting topics to discuss is the greatest starting five of all time.
Each player has a different opinion on who would be in their greatest starting five.
The most recent player to release his lineup is Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry.
According to Buzz Feed Celeb via NBA Central, Curry created an all-time starting five not including himself.
Curry’s lineup is Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan, and Shaquille O’Neal.

Curry had no surprises in his lineup which is full of some of the greatest players of all-time.
The one notable omission is LeBron James but it seemed like Curry was going for a lineup of past players.
If Curry were to include himself on this team, he would probably replace Magic Johnson at point guard.
Curry and Johnson have comparable careers.
Johnson has five championships to Curry’s four and Magic has three league MVPs to Curry’s two.
But Curry is a much better shooter and scorer as Magic was an elite passer.
The Warriors star also has plenty of years left to continue to add to his legacy.
At the end of Curry’s career, you can bet he will be a staple in most all-time starting fives.
Ultimately, lists like this will always be in the eye of the beholder.
But it is hard to argue with any of the players Curry has in his starting five.
