The Braves Are On An Elite Pace This Season

The Atlanta Braves have been the best team in the National League this season.

At 52-27, they own the second-best record in all of baseball behind the Tampa Bay Rays.

They also have a 6.5-game lead in the NL East over the upstart Miami Marlins.

But lately, the Braves have been on an absolute tear.

They currently are riding a four-game winning streak and have won 19 of their last 22 contests.

Atlanta has also hit 54 home runs in the month of June, with the second-highest total being 39.

All of this has them on pace to win 107 games this year.

On Twitter, MLB posted these impressive stats which show just how dominant the Braves are.

Atlanta has won five consecutive NL East titles dating back to 2018.

They have reached the NLCS twice and even won a World Series title back in 2021.

Last season, they won 101 games and barely beat the New York Mets to the top of the NL East.

This season has been a different story.

They’re on pace to win more games, and have a larger lead in the NL East.

Two years removed from their World Series title, the Braves look prepared to make yet another run to the Fall Classic, only this time, they’re on pace to win more than just 88 games during the regular season.

Their lineup features powerful bats such as Ronald Acuna Jr., Ozzie Albies, Austin Riley, Sean Murphy, and Matt Olson, all of whom are helping carry the load for a team that owns the best record in the National League and isn’t far behind the Rays for the best record in baseball.
